Crotched Mountain School (CMS) provides innovative education and residential services for students ages 5–21 on the autism spectrum and/or with complex disabilities.
Licensed by the New Hampshire Department of Education and the Certification for Child Care Licensing Unit, CMS offers individualized programming in a supportive environment focused on independence and growth.
Through Crotched Mountain Village, students live and learn in a unique residential setting that blends education, life skills, recreation, and community engagement across a beautiful, expansive campus.
As a DSP II – Children’s Congregate Care, you will support students in a residential setting, helping them build independence through structured routines, skill-building activities, and daily living support.
This role requires a higher level of experience and responsibility, including mentoring staff, coordinating with education teams, and ensuring consistency across residential and school programming.
