What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll provide hands-on support in one of our group homes. You'll help individuals with daily routines, personal care, social activities, and more, helping them live with dignity, independence, and joy.

A Typical Day Might Include:

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, meals, as needed)
• Encouraging independence and community involvement
• Supporting health needs and appointments
• Helping with household tasks
• Building strong, trusting relationships
• Keeping clear, accurate documentation
• Create a safe, positive, encouraging atmosphere

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (experience in similar settings a plus!)
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and personal vehicle
• Strong communication, patience, and a team-player attitude
• Comfort with physical activity (lift up to 40 lbs., bending, walking, etc.)
• Willingness to learn Safety-Care and behavior support techniques
