Compensation
Weekday Pay: $18.20 per hour
Weekend Pay: $19.20 per hour
Schedule
Part-time and substitute opportunities available
Flexible scheduling

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate support with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
Assist individuals with meal planning, meal preparation, and daily household routines.
Administer medications and monitor health needs as directed.
Provide transportation to medical appointments, community outings, and other activities.
Encourage independence while promoting dignity, safety, and personal choice.
Maintain accurate documentation and complete required records in a timely manner.
Follow individualized support plans while working collaboratively with the care team.
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Ability to pass a criminal check, physical examination, and tuberculosis (TB) test.
Ability to read and understand written instructions, policies, medication directions, and documentation.
Preferred
Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or other human service populations.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Experience with behavior support strategies.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
