Key Responsibilities:
Support: Document all supports provided in daily notes.
Objectives: Complete and document objectives as directed in each client's care plan.
Medications: Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and documented in
Medication Administration Records (MARs).
Diet: Follow and document any special diet orders as required.
Health Tracking: Monitor and document health metrics including weights, seizures,
bowel movements, vital signs, and glucose levels.
Incident Reports: Complete documentation for medical errors, falls, injuries, and other
unusual incidents.
Financial Documentation: Obtain and document receipts for all purchases made on
behalf of clients.
Mileage Tracking: Document all mileage incurred while transporting clients.
Qualifications: MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EMPLOYMENT:
Valid driver's license
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Proof of education (minimum high school diploma or GED)
Proof of vehicle insurance
Reliable vehicle for client transportation
Ability to pass Family Care Safety Registry and criminal background check
Basic computer knowledge
Benefits: Part-time 30 hours or less
Benefits: Full-time 31 hour or more
