Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Assist with medication reminders
- Maintain a safe, clean, and structured home environment
- Document daily care activities and report any changes or concerns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous DSP, caregiver, or healthcare support experience preferred
- Experience working with individuals with autism preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and dependable attitude
