Help at Home is seeking compassionate, dependable, and highly trained Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities—specifically those with high‑acuity behavioral needs. As a DSP, you'll provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with aggressive or self injurious ASD presentations. Your work helps people live as independently and safely as possible.
