## Position Summary
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides direct care and support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, and other support requirements. DSPs assist individuals with daily living activities, community integration, skill development, and achieving personal goals.
## Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist individuals with daily living activities, support community integration, provide transportation, assist with goal development, maintain documentation, monitor health and safety, support medication reminders as authorized, and maintain professional relationships.
## Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, ability to pass background checks, and ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
