North Star Community Services is seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. In this role, you'll support people with disabilities in their homes and communities, helping them stay engaged, build independence, and achieve their personal goals.
Full-time and part-time opportunities
Day, evening, and weekend shifts
Flexible scheduling
Meaningful, rewarding work supporting individuals in daily living and community involvement
Support individuals with disabilities in their homes
Assist with community engagement and independence goals
Provide encouragement, skill‑building, and companionship
Help maintain a safe, supportive environment
18 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift 75 lbs with assistance
Valid driver's license, good driving record, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
-Mondays 2 pm-5pm
-Mondays 2pm-6pm
-Thursdays 5- pm7pm
-Fridays 11am-3pm
