Overview
Abound Health, a provider of home and community services for adults with intellectual disabilities is seeking dedicated Caregivers to provide services in East Windsor, NJ, and surrounding areas. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals in need, promoting their well-being and independence.

Responsibilities:
+ Building trusting relationships with clients to facilitate effective care and support
+ Providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care tasks
+ Administering medications following proper protocols
+ Assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship
+ Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans
+ Maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and progress
+ Going out and about in the community to increase and improve socialization skills and increase community inclusion.
Skills:
+ Strong caregiving skills with a focus on empathy and patience
+ Ability to administer medications accurately
+ Competence in assisting with ADLs for individuals with varying needs
Experience:
+ Caregiving: 1-2 years (Preferred), not required
Requirements:
+ Valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle with proof of insurance
+ Ability to drive for individual transportation to and from home or on community outings

*$1000 Signing Bonus Details
+ $333 paid out after working 90 days with an average of 20 hours per week
+ $333 paid out after working 6 months (180 days) with an average of 20 hours per week
+ $334 paid out after working 1 year (365 days) with an average of 20 hours per week
+ Applicant cannot have been employed by Abound Health (or any of our newly acquired companies) in the past 18 months
+ Signing bonus not applicable for Residential Services
+ Employees hired as Relative as Providers (RAPs) are not eligible for the Signing Bonus
