Jay Nolan Community Service - - Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one direct support services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities to help them achieve independence; Act as a mentor and role model for socially acceptable and culturally valued interactions; Support individuals with behavioral, physical, and communication challenges within home and community; Implement the Individuals Support Plan (ISP) as developed; Assist and support individuals to maintain personal safety and well-being
