We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support a 24-year-old female in the Monmouth County area. Golden Heart Advocacy specializes in providing one-on-one direct care services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

·        Saturday 10a-3p
 
Job Type: Part-time
Benefits: Sick Time-PTO

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support a 24-year-old female in the Monmouth County area. The family is looking for a Golden Heart team member to support and empower their loved one in engaging interactive activities. 
 
Responsibilities & Interests

• Provide one-on-one support during community and recreational activities.
• Offer verbal reminders and guidance throughout daily routines.

Interested in activities such as:
 
Enjoy being out in the community experiencing different events and activities.
 Loves to go clothes shopping, music festivals, swimming and bicycle riding.
 
 
Qualifications
Required:
  

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive individuals in the community
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability for day shifts
• Ability to commute 

Preferred:
  

• 1+ years of direct support experience

Compensation

• $25.00 per hour
