Eagle Quest Home Support Specialist

The Home Support Specialist position is a direct care role in a group home setting, working with foster youth. Shifts Available: Morning | Swing | Graveyard
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate service scheduling for providers within the QRTP (Qualified Residential Treatment Program)
- Deliver crisis stabilization services, intensive in-home supports, and skill-building activities (self-care, communication, social)
- Ensure the physical safety and well-being of youth in care
- Organize and participate in recreational and therapeutic activities
- Maintain accurate documentation for Medicaid and internal reporting
- Provide transportation for youth and assist with appointments
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to pass FBI and Interstate background checks (reimbursed after hire)
- Valid Nevada driver's license (must be obtained within 30 days of employment)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, Counseling, etc.) (Required to be considered a Qualified Mental Health Associate – QMHA)
- Minimum of one year of experience working with youth or in family preservation programs (Experience with higher level of care preferred)
