Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Direct Sales Representative to join our team. The Direct Sales Representative will be the driving force of introducing our internet products to potential customers and close sales. You will be responsible for researching competing products, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and assisting in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans. We’d like someone who will answer customers’ questions regarding product pricing, availability, features, and benefits. Lastly, we’d like someone who will be successful at their job and demonstrate strong negotiation skills and convince customers to purchase our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas
  • Demonstrating product features to customers
  • Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies
  • Contacting potential clients and customers and setting up appointments to present our internet products
  • Preparing sales proposals for potential buyers
  • Building customer loyalty
  • Handling confidential information professionally and safely
  • Taking feedback from customers and working on improving sales experience
  • Tracking and analyzing the sales performance metrics
  • Understanding the current market potentials
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Staying up to date on the latest technologies and developments in the industry

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably internet sales
  • Proven track of sales record is a plus
  • Ability to retain important information
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision and as a team player
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage time efficiently
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build a professional network
  • Can handle multiple tasks and prioritize them
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Creativity and positive attitude
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual a plus

Salary Range: $62,375 - $90,477 true base pay with commission
