Data Center Technicians
We are looking for 12 technicians to start on April 30th in the Reno / Sparks NV area. Installation/decommissioning of network and cabling infrastructure in a Data Center environment. Deliver sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes, always with an eye on improvement.
All applicants applying will be required to submit to a full background check, drug screen and employment verification. This is a contract role , 40-50 hours per week – Health Coverage – The hours are Monday – Friday – 5 x 8 hours- start time is 6:45am
Key Responsibilities:
Installation/decommissioning of network and cabling infrastructure in a Data Center environment. Deliver sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes, always with an eye on improvement. Provide structured feedback on project progress to Stakeholders. Exhibit quality workmanship on all work and maintain Data Center cleanliness. Follow all production, safety and quality standards, codes, and industry best practices. Collaborate with various Stakeholders to remove project obstacles. Reading and comprehending blueprints and building documentation/redline work. Broad understanding of Data Center infrastructure technologies.

Lead Cable Technician, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network cabling infrastructure within data center environments. In this role, you will guide and support a team of technicians, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with stakeholders, interpret technical documentation, and maintain compliance with industry best practices. This position is ideal for individuals with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring others while driving operational excellence.

Functional Job Title: Data Center Safety Supervisor
Location (City State, Street Name): New Albany OHIO

Hourly/Direct Hire Salary: $45hr W2 or $100,000 - $110,000 plus bonus and full benefits when converts to FT after 6 months
Must have CHST certification or higher and have safety experience in a data center or commercial/industrial constructions
Must have STS-C or higher/ (CHST, OHST, CSP) or a bachelor's degree in health and safety- and OSHA 30
The Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC) is a premier BCSP certification for construction supervisors, foremen, and managers focusing on safety leadership, OSHA standards, and risk management. It requires 30 hours of safety training, two years of supervisory experience (or 4 years work experience), and passing a 100-question exam.
CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician): More specialized for safety professionals dedicated full-time to construction safety.
OHST (Occupational Health and Safety Technologist): Focuses on broader safety techniques and technical proficiency.
CSP (Certified Safety Professional): The "gold standard" for safety management, requiring a degree and more in-depth experience.
