Job Description:
- Work hands-on and apply your knowledge and expertise to develop and execute assigned projects.
- Provide input into the design and pricing of new projects in support of business development and execute those projects after contract award.
- Supervise the construction of installations from the initial phase to completion and liaise between the client and the company.
- Monitor and manage the quality, budget, planning, and implementation.
- Travel frequently around the US and interact regularly with the company’s European counterparts.
Required Qualification:- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, e.g., mechanical engineering; master’s degree preferred
- Strong project management experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant, hands-on work experience (e.g., process design, mining or metallurgy, waste-to-energy, power plant design, bulk materials handling, recycling, maritime engineering)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AutoCAD and Visio preferred
- Knowledge of machine maintenance preferred
- Ability to draw upon extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Hands-on mentality; proactive and able to work independently
- Commercial and financial insight
- Ability and willingness to travel both within the U.S. and internationally
