Professional Care Technician (Direct Care Worker)

Pay: $17.13 per hour
Job Type: Part-time (16–32 hours/week, with opportunity for up to 40 hours)
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available in our Niles area (includes every other weekend)

LADD is hiring compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team as Professional Care Technicians. In this role, you will provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them live safely and independently.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities (personal care, meals, hygiene)
- Support community participation and engagement
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Follow care plans and document services provided
- Uphold confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA & HITECH laws
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to complete physical exam
- Willingness to work rotating weekends
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
