Salary
$13–$15 per hour
(Based on experience and skillset)
What You’ll Do
Every shift, you will bring comfort and independence to the people who need it most:
Support clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Prepare nutritious meals and help clients with eating and hydration
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home
Administer prescribed medications and monitor changes in clients’ conditions
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance mental well‑being
Run errands and assist with safe transportation, as needed
Document care activities accurately to ensure continuity of quality care

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.
Completion of a recognized training program for direct care workers or equivalent experience.
Experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Empathetic and compassionate nature toward clients.
Ability to follow instructions and document care services accurately.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
Proof of Influenza (Flu) Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.
