Direct Care Worker

Eminence Home Care is looking for compassionate and dependable Direct Care Workers to provide exceptional support and care to our clients in their homes. As a Direct Care Worker, you will assist clients with daily living activities, help maintain their independence, and provide companionship to improve their overall quality of life. This role requires dedication, patience, and a genuine desire to help others in a respectful and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor clients’ health and well-being and report any changes.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Previous experience in direct care or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and a sincere commitment to helping others.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends and evenings.
