Individual Supports
Our Individual Support Program is looking for compassionate people to serve as an IS Counselor providing premier services to the individuals in our care.
What does the job entail?
You'll be supporting adults with development disabilities in Individuals' home. Individual Support Counselors implements individualized programs as specified in Individual Service Plans, provides for individuals’ health and welfare, and ensures general cleanliness and safety in individuals’ homes.

In 1970, a small group of parents and professionals joined together to address the needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities and formed what would grow to become People Inc. The agency expanded its mission to include a wider variety of services to address the needs of people with developmental disabilities and disabling conditions, as well as the general public.
