Job Summary
We are hiring a Manager (Tier 2) to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure quality services at assigned program locations. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to support staff and developmentally disabled individuals we serve. Compassion is key, organization is necessary. Be a team leader.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and support staff in daily duties
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Oversee daily program operations such as meals, social activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and outside regulations
- Review documentation and complete reports
- Coordinate appointments and activities
- Maintain communication with leadership and families
- Participate in required trainings and meetings
- Cover Shifts
Qualifications
Required:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Preferred:
- 1+ year of direct care or related experience
- Supervisory or management experience
- Receive CPR/First Aid and MANDT certification
- Punctual and reliable
