Job Summary
We are hiring a Manager (Tier 3–Tier 5) to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure quality services at assigned program location. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to support staff and individuals served.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and support staff
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Oversee daily program operations
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Review documentation and complete reports
- Coordinate appointments and activities
- Maintain communication with leadership and families
- Participate in required trainings and meetings
- Cover Shifts as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Nurture a team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Preferred:
- 1+ year of direct care or related experience
- Supervisory or management experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- MANDT training (or willingness to obtain)
