Synigent Technologies is looking or a Director Quality for a client in the VA Beach area. This is an on-site role and reports to the C-Suite
Key requirements include:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Business, or Science discipline.
Ten (10) years of quality management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
LSS Black Belt Certification with practical experience with manufacturing processes, techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, 8D Methodology, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to create positive customer and supplier relationships.
Strong problem solving and organization skills.
Strong leadership skills, analytical and detail oriented, decisive, and possesses sound judgment.
