Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
- Manage seating, order taking, timely service and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of dining areas
- Hire, train, supervise and support dining room staff
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
