We are seeking a hard-working, dependable FOH Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with positive energy, who leads by example and communicates effectively with both staff and guests.
What We’re Looking For:
BOH EXPEREINCE IS ESSENTIAL.
• Proven experience managing busy, fast-paced restaurants
• Strong leadership skills — exudes confidence, motivates others, and keeps a calm presence under pressure
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• ServSafe Manager’s Card required
• High energy, self-motivated, and willing to prove themselves in a competitive environment
• Experience in opening a restaurant from scratch is preferred
