The Student Marketing Manager for Dining Services is a student leadership role responsible for overseeing and guiding the student marketing team in promoting campus dining programs, events, and initiatives. This position serves as the primary liaison between professional Dining/ Retail staff and the student marketing team, ensuring that campaigns are creative, timely, and aligned with departmental goals.
This position is compensated at the Level C rate on the Midd student wage scale: $15.40 per hour
Core Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate the work of student marketing team members.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote dining locations, meal plans, special events, and new initiatives.
- Collaborate with Dining/ Retail leadership to develop marketing strategies and content calendars.
- Review and approve marketing materials, including social media posts, digital signage, and print materials.
- Track overall performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to college policies and guidelines.
- Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive team environment.
