We are looking for someone who leads from the floor, enjoys developing people, and takes pride in creating exceptional hospitality experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead daily front-of-house dining operations with a focus on hospitality and execution.
  • Coach, train, and develop service staff.
  • Maintain high standards of service, professionalism, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Build relationships with members and create a welcoming dining atmosphere.
  • Lead pre-service meetings and communicate daily priorities and expectations
  • Work closely with culinary and club leadership teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor management.
  • Support member events, banquets, and club functions
  • Address member feedback professionally and proactively
  • Help drive consistency, accountability, and overall member satisfaction.
  • Participate in weekly management and operational meetings.
  • Serve as a visible and hands-on leader during service.
  • Assist with opening and closing responsibilities throughout dining operations.

Preferred Experience

  • Leadership experience in hospitality preferred, including lead server, captain, supervisor, assistant manager, banquet lead, or management roles.
  • Experience in upscale dining, private clubs, hotels, or high-volume hospitality operations is a plus
  • Hospitality degree preferred but not required.

Schedule

This is a full-time leadership role that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business levels and club events. Average work week ranges from 40–50 hours depending on seasonality.
