Location Kohler Wisconsin Opportunity Our Riverbend team leads a members-only club offering golf, dining, lodging, and spa benefits in a 16th-century English Tudor-style mansion overlooking the Sheboygan River.
Server Responsibilities Servers ensure that all guests are served to the standard in the Restaurant, Bar, and Banquet areas. They take orders for serves where applicable, prepare food and beverages to guests as per the standards in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
Specific Responsibilities • Greets guests and presents them with the menu. • Inform guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any. • Suggest food and beverages to the guest utilizing appropriate methods to upsell. • Take food and beverage orders from the guest and accurately enter into the Point of Sale (POS) system. • Process payment transactions. • Clear and reset table settings and linens as needed. • Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor.
Communication and Guest Satisfaction • Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with questions. • Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction. • Server food and beverage per the course of order. • Observes guests and ensures their satisfaction with the food and service. • Promptly respond to guest with any additional requests. • Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
Bartender Responsibilities Prepare mixed drinks for service to your customers table must be 18 or over and licensed.
Product Knowledge and Service Understands and can communicate products and services available at the resort. Assist with stocking and maintaining the restaurant par stock levels and side station. Help other areas of the restaurant, such as answering telephones and seating guests.
Work Opportunities We have full and part-time opportunities working both weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 200 pm and 1000 pm.
