What We Offer:
Information Technology Services team members are responsible for securely managing information systems throughout their lifecycle, including; knowing what information systems are within their scope of responsibility, understanding what sensitive data is stored, transmitted, or processed on those information systems, enforcing the security principles of least privilege and least functionality, knowing what events may constitute an information security incident, and understanding their role in security incident response activities.Design information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture. The senior level will execute many of the same activities as the intermediate level, but in addition, will typically work on more complex, larger and higher importance/impact projects. The senior level will also typically be expected to design highly optimal systems and processes as a result of broader and deeper experience. Will often coach, train and mentor less senior professionals.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
- Experience: Minimum three years relevant information experience, required.
- Licensure/Certification: Obtain application system certification; pass all certifications within three attempts for each test or project, required.
- Additional Skills (required): Proficient with workflows, application product function, design and build expertise. Strong analytical skills for new functions, problem resolution and support of the application product. Proficient in ITS processes to include but not limited to analysis, design, build, and testing and change control. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
- For Dimensions Application Analyst Sr:
- Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing; understands and can apply knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, patient attribution, HEDIS and other quality details, and federal and state regulatory requirements; ability to analyze and resolve issues at a detailed level, researching requests for reports, data reconciliation, data distribution and user support. Ability to work efficiently and accurately, and to plan and organize work. Ability to travel to other Novant Health facilities on occasion.
