We are seeking a Machine Operator for a client located in Simpsonville, SC.The Dilo 3 Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining Dilo nonwoven production equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing of textile products. This role plays a key part in meeting production targets while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.Responsibilities- Operate and monitor Dilo 3 equipment used in nonwoven fabric production
- Set up machinery according to product specifications and production schedules
- Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and efficiency
- Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment
- Monitor product output for consistency, defects, and quality standards
- Accurately document production data, machine settings, and downtime
- Perform material handling tasks, including loading raw fibers and staging finished goods
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members, maintenance, and supervisors
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
Requirements- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in manufacturing, textile, or nonwoven operations preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial machinery
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (12-hour shifts)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Capable of performing repetitive motions and manual tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment with noise and heat
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shift (7 days on / 2 days off / 7 days on / 5 days off)Pay: $19.14
