In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver impactful analytics dashboards that provide actionable business insights, while integrating factory floor data with enterprise systems for real-time visibility. Your work will leverage modern technologies-including cloud platforms, industrial protocols, and automation systems-to build secure, scalable solutions that support digital transformation and advance Industry 4.0 initiatives. This person will report to the IT Team Lead and have no direct reports. You will make an impact by: Design, develop, and deploy low-code applications using enterprise solution platforms. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and create analytics dashboards that drive business insights Document technical specifications and provide training/support to end users Maintain and enhance digital workflows for operational efficiency Integrate factory floor data with enterprise systems to enable real-time decision-making Ensure secure and scalable architecture for digital solutions You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 2 plus years hands-on experience with software development tools (Python) and RESTful APIs Experience with solutions deployment frameworks and Agile development methodologies Proven experience in data analytics to extract data from diverse sources and design dashboards that support business decision-making 1 plus years' experience with dashboard development tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms) Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and continual basis without company sponsorship.
