Position: Full-time Digital Systems & Technology Enablement Analyst Reports to: SVP, Chief Information Systems Officer Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (In office) Position Summary The Digital Systems & Technology Enablement Analyst is a hands‑on, growth‑oriented role within the Information Technology team, reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). This position plays a key role in helping the bank improve how systems, data, and tools work together—particularly in online banking, internal processes, and emerging automation technologies. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who demonstrates strong technical curiosity, problem‑solving ability, and a desire to learn. Additional information on each plan can be provided upon request. Salary Information This is an exempt, salaried position. Compensation will be based upon background and level of experience. The compensation range is $65,000-$90,000.
