Job Highlights:

- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:40pm, with the possibility of Saturday work.
- Contract Duration: July 13, 2026 – July 12, 2027
- Interview Process: In-person, multiple rounds
- Compensation: Hourly, with a bill rate based on program rate type
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the on-site contact for comprehensive digital systems support.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues by interacting with end users and remote tech support experts.
- Manage trouble tickets and initiate remote troubleshooting sessions.
- Assist with IT equipment management, including setup and inventory.
- Suggest technology enhancements to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Operate in a warehouse environment with necessary PPE.
Systems Supported:
- WIFI and fiber network troubleshooting
- PC and peripheral device setup and deployment
- Barcode scanner and Zebra printer troubleshooting
- Site security system configuration
- Conference room technology management
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to operate a scissor lift for network node inspections
Preferences:
- Experience with Oracle RACES and Maximo ticket management
- Familiarity with FEDEX ship manager software
