### Job Duties Ecolab is seeking a Digital Support Specialist to work as a liaison between customers and technical teams to identify issues and make sure they are resolved in a timely manner. Responsible for understanding the technology, business processes and opportunities in the context of the technical and business requirements. Works on solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Partners with stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, document and validate requirements for changes to business processes. Revises existing system difficulties as necessary. Ensures testing requirements are met. Documents business requirements. May specialize in: SAP/ERP, Functional, Global Business Office, Tools, Disaster Recovery, Metrics Communication, and Methodology. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, communications, IT or similar 2 years of experience in IT Must have prior experience at an Ecolab location (contractor, temp, or employee 2 years' experience working in customer service or help desk No immigration sponsorship is available for this role at this time Preferred Qualifications: Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Office Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Self-motivated and process oriented Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The pay range for this position is $57,800.00 - $86,800.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
