We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Digital Records Clerk to help organize, update, and maintain digital files and records. This role involves working with electronic documents, ensuring accuracy, and keeping information easy to access. It’s an ideal position for someone who is comfortable with basic computer tasks and enjoys organized, repetitive work.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in digital systems and databases
• Organize electronic files and folders for easy retrieval
• Review records for accuracy and completeness
• Scan and upload documents as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Perform basic quality checks on data entries
• Assist with file clean-up and archiving old records
