We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Digital Records Assistant to support our remote operations team. This role involves organizing, updating, and maintaining electronic records and documents in a secure and accurate manner. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, has basic computer skills, and can manage repetitive tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

 

  • Organize and maintain digital files and records
  • Upload, rename, and store electronic documents
  • Review records for accuracy and completeness
  • Enter and update information in company databases
  • Retrieve files and documents when requested
  • Assist with document tracking and file management
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Respond to email and administrative requests
  • Follow company procedures and data security policies

Requirements

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
