  • The Digital Production Artist supports QVC x HSN, and in this role, you’ll be responsible for executing brand-right, customer-focused creative across digital platforms & devices, and aligning assets to seasonal & event strategies. Where You'll Work

  • This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at ((location)) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Execute brand-right, customer-focused assets across various digital platforms, including web, apps, email marketing, and social.
  • Autonomously manage assigned work requests through workflow tools, maintaining a solid working knowledge of request tools & systems, delivering all requests against vigorous deadlines.
  • Adhere design to module standards & brand guidelines with strong technical expertise of the digital platforms you support.
  • Understand ADA-compliance that will consistently be reflected across platforms & marketing channels.
  • Partner & maintain close working relationships with supporting teams within the production process, including eCommerce, Copy & Dev.
  • Leverage Adobe Creative Cloud and additional AI tools to drive efficiency & optimization.
  • Prepare design files for production and development; understand and use appropriate naming conventions for work.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in graphic design, UI design, electronic media design, or similar field or equivalent amount of related experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years related experience in designing for mobile or web applications; retail/eCommerce experience a huge plus.
  • Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop & Adobe XD; competent status in InDesign, Illustrator.
  • Basic understanding of CSS, HTML, AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Scene 7, and other emerging platforms as the business evolves.
  • Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, as well as necessary proprietary software.
  • Understanding of brand standards & product processes, graphic design, color, composition, typography & layout; able to prepare design files for production & development.
