Our client is seeking a highly collaborative Digital Product Owner (DPO) or Senior Business Analyst to join a newly established Product & Portfolio team supporting strategic process automation and business transformation initiatives within a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance environment.
What You'll Do
  • Partner with business owners, solution managers, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable features, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support process automation and process improvement initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize work, refine requirements, and maintain a healthy product backlog.
  • Facilitate requirements discussions, story grooming sessions, sprint planning activities, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Drive alignment between business objectives and technical delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Document business processes, workflows, functional requirements, and solution impacts.
  • Support delivery of strategic initiatives involving emerging technologies and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Work closely with third-party development teams and internal technical resources to ensure successful solution implementation.
  • Contribute to a growing Product & Portfolio organization by helping establish scalable processes, documentation standards, and delivery practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience serving as a Digital Product Owner, Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role within Agile environments.
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience required.
  • Strong experience writing user stories, features, epics, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, requirements tracking, and Agile delivery.
  • Experience partnering with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within newly formed teams and evolving environments.
