AlphaGraphics Lake Norman is a locally owned and operated print and marketing communications company serving businesses throughout the Lake Norman area. We are passionate about quality, teamwork, and delivering great service. We are seeking a Digital Print Production Specialist to join our production team.
Responsibilities
- Operate digital cut-sheet production printers (B&W and color)
- Use Fiery Command Workstationfor job setup, imposition, and workflow management
- Match client colors (Pantone/brand colors) and maintain color consistency
- Run proof copies and verify job accuracy against specs
- Follow job tickets and prioritize work with the Production Scheduler
- Perform daily equipment maintenance, calibrations, and service tracking
- Track material usage, spoilage, and production logs
- Maintain a clean, organized production workspace
- Assist the Large Format Sign Department with production and installations as needed
- Other production and bindery tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Digital press experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Fiery Command Workstation is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality production
- Ability to read and follow job tickets and production instructions
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Basic bindery skills (cutting, folding, drilling) are a plus
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong work ethic—dependable and eager to grow
