Summary:

The Digital Payment Support Rep monitors bill pay generated alert notifications and discrepancies throughout the day. The Rep contacts members to verify transactions.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school education or GED required, associates degree preferred
  • Minimum one year banking experience required
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • System knowledge and experience in DNA preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitors payment generated alert notification and discrepancies daily
  • Categorizes bill pay alerts to identify trends, anomalies and other critical bill pay data
  • Approve, decline or escalate issues to management
  • Answers bill pay system process questions from internal/external users, including contacting members when necessary
  • Responds quickly, completely, accurately and courteously to telephone calls and emails received from members and employees
  • Provides interdepartmental support/collaboration
  • Establishes accounts (e.g., checking, savings, holiday and vacation clubs, etc.) in the operating system
  • Enhance and deepen member relationships by providing expert financial solutions that allow members to achieve their financial goals
  • Perform other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor

The good faith range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00 per hour. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
