Job Description: Messaging Execution Specialist
Our client is seeking a motivated Messaging Execution Specialist to build, test, and deploy in-bound digital customer messages. This is a fast-paced, production-heavy role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong multi-tasking skills, and a client-focused mindset.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative content and technical execution, ensuring all digital messages are delivered accurately across web and mobile platforms.
Campaign Execution: Partner with internal stakeholders to build, target, and deploy digital messages within a content management framework.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Use web browsers and mobile environments (like Xcode and Android Studio) to test messaging layout and delivery.
Technical Validation: Utilize API tools (such as Insomnia) to execute GET and POST requests to troubleshoot messaging logic.
Project Management: Manage multiple in-progress projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met with error-free output.
Data & Reporting: Gather and analyze basic data from platform tools (like Tableau or Splunk) as needed.
Collaboration: Maintain clear, concise communication with cross-functional teams regarding project status and process improvements.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital messaging or production-heavy marketing operations.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and basic API testing tools.
Platform Knowledge: Minimum 1 year of experience operating in a macOS environment; proficiency with standard productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace).
Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for catching errors and managing complex targeting variables.
Adaptability: Highly resourceful with the ability to problem-solve independently and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for partner and team alignment.
