The Digital Marketing Supervisor, Paid Search and Paid Social is a hands-on leadership role responsible for owning paid search and paid social strategy, execution, and team leadership across a portfolio of agency clients. This role leads the Paid Search and Paid Social team, ensuring best in class performance, strong client relationships, and scalable, repeatable processes that drive results.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a practitioner who is deeply fluent in Google Ads and Meta Ads, stays ahead of platform changes, embraces innovation, and brings structure and clarity to campaign management in a fast-paced agency environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
COMMUNICATION ABILITY
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data from dashboards, platform reporting, and industry resources to clearly communicate insights and recommendations in both one on one and group settings with clients and internal teams.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, evaluate performance trends, establish facts, and draw strategic conclusions based on quantitative and qualitative inputs.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and standard business software including spreadsheets, presentations, and documentation tools. Microsoft Office preferred.
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
This role directly supervises paid search and paid social team members and is responsible for setting standards, mentoring talent, and ensuring high quality delivery across accounts.

Fast paced, collaborative, and creative agency environment. Occasional travel and overtime may be required.
