This job is in the Digital Marketing department. Serves as a strategic partner to product and business leaders, defining analytics frameworks, drive strategic insights, and own measurement for high-impact initiatives. Sets the bar for analytical excellence and influence product direction through rigorous thinking.Essential FunctionsLeads analysis for high-priority products or platforms.Builds models and dashboards that support planning and forecasting.Influences roadmap decisions through opportunity sizing and performance analysis.Guides experimentation strategy and manage test-and-learn culture.Shares insights with executives and cross-functional leadership.Performs other duties as assigned.Minimum EducationBachelor’s degree in business or related field. In lieu of degree, eight (8) years of practical experience may offset education requirements. Minimum ExperienceFour (4) years in product analytics, advanced business intelligence, or related field. Experience with product-led growth, pricing, or platform analytics. Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExpert SQL and strong fluency in data visualization tools. Ability to tie analysis to business impact and customer outcomes. Proficiency in Python/R for statistical modeling. Job ConditionsSome business travel may be required.Preferred Qualifications: Strategic thought partner in AI-driven and self-service analytics, shifting focus from data extraction to high-level interpretation and solution design. Strong consultative skills with a track record of unpacking business problems & building data products with clear outcomes. Exceptional data storytelling, distilling complex architectures into actionable narratives. Expert in measurement strategy, KPI development, experimentation, and digital analytics.
