The Digital Marketing Specialist transforms marketing data into actionable insights, enabling the marketing organization to demonstrate ROI, optimize performance, and support enterprise-wide digital governance. This role manages analytics, reporting, and marketing technology integrations, and supports privacy/compliance tracking across all externally facing digital properties.

This is a full time, hybrid Digital Marketing Specialist role located in Brentwood, TN.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on campaign performance, website analytics, and marketing ROI for internal and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage marketing technology integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo Marketing OS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Support privacy and compliance tracking for all digital marketing activities, partnering with IT and legal as needed.
• Analyze campaign, website, and lead data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide analytics support for member/consumer marketing, talent acquisition, and sub-brand digital properties, ensuring unified reporting and measurement.
• Conduct competitive and industry research to inform digital marketing strategy and maintain subject matter expertise in B2B digital trends.
• Assist in lead management, scoring, and qualification processes.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of digital marketing analytics experience.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Proficiency with analytics, reporting, and visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
