About the Role

We're looking for a highly detail-oriented, self-sufficient Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-moving environment where accuracy, follow-through, and personal accountability matter. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently within clearly defined expectations, manage competing priorities without dropping details, and consistently deliver polished, professional work.

This is not a role for someone who needs daily direction or constant oversight. We need someone who can take ownership, think ahead, and execute.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Managing multiple marketing projects, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Executing email campaigns, social media content, website updates, and digital initiatives witha high levelof accuracy
  • Monitoring details closely to ensure brand consistency and professional communication
  • Prioritizing urgent tasks and shifting priorities independently when business needs change
  • Supporting sales and leadership teams with organized,timelyfollow-through
  • Maintaining CRM and marketing data with precision and consistency
  • Collaborating professionally across departments whileremainingcalm, flexible, and solutions-focused

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing, marketing coordination, or related experience
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, and CRM systems preferred
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
