THE ROLE

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and evolve Storm Creek's digital marketing engine. You'll report to our Marketing Manager and be part of a four-person marketing team - no direct reports, just a collaborative group focused on doing great work together. Your focus will be on driving traffic, generating leads, improving conversion, and deepening customer relationships across our digital channels.

This is a hands-on role; you'll be a strategist and an executor. In your first year, success looks like:

  • A functioning B2B lead generation engine with clear pipeline contribution
  • Well-built nurture flows that move prospects from interest to sales-ready
  • Cleaner reporting that gives the whole team visibility into what's working

WORK ARRANGEMENT

This is a fully on-site role based out of our Eagan, MN office. We believe in the energy and collaboration that comes from being together in person, and you'll be working alongside the full marketing team day-to-day.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

B2B Lead Generation & Nurture

  • Build and manage B2B lead capture strategies across digital channels to drive qualified pipeline
  • Develop and optimize multi-touch nurture workflows that move prospects from awareness to sales-ready
  • Define lead scoring criteria and handoff processes in close partnership with the sales team
  • Build and maintain CRM-based flows that support account engagement, re-engagement, and retention

Email & CRM Marketing

  • Manage B2B email campaigns and automated flows using Klaviyo and/or CRM platforms
  • Build segmentation strategies based on account type, industry, buying stage, and engagement behavior
  • Drive measurable improvements in engagement, pipeline influence, and email-attributed revenue

Content, Portals & Digital Experience

  • Collaborate on content strategy and execution that speaks to B2B buyers across key channels and touchpoints
  • Manage and optimize customer and dealer portals, ensuring a seamless digital experience for accounts
  • Develop landing pages, campaign assets, and sales enablement content in partnership with the broader team

Paid Media

  • Own paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and similar platforms
  • Plan campaigns aligned to product launches and seasonal priorities
  • Manage budgets, optimize toward efficiency, and report on performance clearly

Website & Conversion Optimization

  • Optimize conversion across Storm Creek's digital properties and Shopify storefronts
  • Build and manage landing pages for campaigns and product launches
  • Run ongoing CRO tests and translate findings into improvements

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards in GA4, Shopify Analytics, Klaviyo, Zoho, and Looker Studio
  • Monitor key metrics: conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, lead volume, LTV
  • Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations the team can act on

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience: 3–7 years in B2B digital marketing and eCommerce, with multi-channel experience (email, paid, content, web)
  • B2B Focus: Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation, nurture strategy, and moving prospects through a sales funnel
  • Email & CRM: Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo and/or CRM marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Paid Media: Working experience with Meta and Google Ads; ability to manage campaigns and report on efficiency
  • Analytics: Proficiency with GA4, Zoho, CRM reporting, and dashboard tools such as Looker Studio
  • Approach: Self-directed, organized, and accountable to results
  • Bonus: Experience in apparel, consumer goods, or mission-driven brands; Shopify B2B experience a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually, commensurate with experience
