Job Summary
Responsible for executing day-to-day marketing and
digital communication activities across multiple manufacturing sites
This role has primary ownership of social media management and content execution,
along with hands-on support for trade shows, customer engagement, and sales
enablement initiatives.
Must have a strong execution mindset who enjoys
translating technical and operational activity into clear, engaging digital
content and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Manage
day-to-day execution of the company's LinkedIn presence, including
drafting, scheduling, posting, and monitoring content.
Maintain
and execute a rolling social media content calendar aligned to business
priorities, site activity, and events.
Partner
with internal stakeholders to source content and translate operational and
technical updates into engaging posts.
Track
engagement metrics and performance trends; adjust content approach to
improve reach and engagement.
Support
website content updates and digital asset uploads as needed.
Execute
marketing and sales enablement activities across multiple manufacturing
sites.
Assist
with the creation, formatting, and distribution of marketing collateral
and presentations.
Coordinate
trade show and customer event logistics, including registrations,
materials, shipping, schedules, and follow-up.
Support
on-site event execution and post-event reporting and content capture.
Serve
as a centralized point of coordination for marketing execution across
sites.
Support
customer visits and site-specific marketing needs in partnership with site
contacts.
Ensure
consistent use of approved branding and messaging.
Track
marketing expenses, purchase orders, invoices, and maintain organized
marketing records.
Provide
marketing-related administrative support to the Vice President, Engineered
Products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong
written communication skills with the ability to translate technical
information into clear, professional messaging.
Highly
organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfortable
working within approval workflows and brand guidelines.
Proficient
in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media scheduling or basic
analytics tools is a plus.
Professional, collaborative, and execution-focused.
Able to
manage multiple priorities across sites and stakeholders.
Ability to balance a combination
of office and manufacturing environments across multiple sites.
Ability to travel for trade shows, site visits, and customer events.
Ability
to lift and transport marketing materials as needed.
Required Experience and Education
Associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2-5 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, digital marketing, or social media execution role.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments is a plus.
Experience
supporting trade shows, events, or customer-facing marketing activities
preferred.
