Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for our Digital Full Service Restaurants (Institutional) division. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the global marketing vision, driving growth, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The position involves leading cross-functional teams, developing go-to-market strategies, and promoting digital transformation and customer-centricity across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have commercial digital experience launching new products or applications and a strong understanding of financials.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Digital and Divisional leadership to lead portfolio strategy for the Digital business to meet annual sales and profit objectives.

Identify segment trends and translate them into actionable market opportunities and requirements for digital solutions.

Manage the pipeline process from ideation through commercialization and develop the strategic roadmap for the segment.

Incubate and launch new business models, such as SaaS, IoT, and digital platforms.

Define and deliver segment-specific marketing strategies, campaigns, value propositions, and messaging.

Work closely with Segment Marketing, Sales, and Product Management to drive results.

Develop sales enablement tools for multiple channels, including email campaigns, collateral, and presentations.

Manage reporting and analytics on all programs to measure success and return on investment.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.

8 years of professional experience in a business-to-business environment.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA, preferably in Marketing.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to build relationships and coordinate projects across different functional groups.

Solid business acumen with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience with a wide range of marketing tools, including strategic and tactical product marketing capabilities.
