You will own your accounts, exercising creative freedom, directly impacting client results, and enjoying visible contributions.What You'll DoDevelop and execute social media strategies that are culturally relevant, on‑trend, and stop the scroll.Create compelling photo and video content for social platforms, including Reels, Stories, and short‑form video.Write copy that sounds human, on‑brand, and engaging.Manage multiple client accounts with strong attention to detail and excellent time management.Use AI tools—Claude (by Anthropic) preferred—to accelerate research, content ideation, copywriting, and reporting; comfort with AI as a creative collaborator is required.Manage paid social campaigns via Meta Business Suite.Report on key metrics and translate performance data into clear, actionable insights.What We're Looking ForRequiredBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field with a strong foundation in visual communication.Experience creating compelling content for social media.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).Strong copywriting skills with close attention to detail.Experience in social media management.Ability to work independently and collaboratively; own your work while knowing when to loop people in.Availability to capture on‑site content in Greater St.Louis and Greater Chicago areas.Curiosity and willingness to learn; open to new approaches.Comfort using AI tools (Claude preferred) as part of everyday workflow for ideation, drafting, research, and beyond.BonusProficiency in Canva.Prior agency experience.Experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads.Experience with Squarespace or a similar CMS.Experience with Google Ads or other SEM platforms.Our CultureOur mission is to help cultivate high‑performing and happy companies as their go‑to marketing and communications partner.
