Our client, a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand, is hiring a remote Digital Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
- Own the paid social and paid search programs across Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Partner with creative on testing roadmaps and concept development
- Run lifecycle marketing (email and SMS) for retention and LTV
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards; report results weekly
- Manage agency partners and freelance creative
Requirements
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally at a DTC brand
- Hands-on experience managing paid social and paid search budgets
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with attribution
- Experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, or comparable lifecycle tools
- Excellent project management and cross-functional communication
