You'll work across a diverse mix of local, regional, and national clients, bringing variety to the work and real impact to the results.The right person understands how digital campaigns perform, who to target, how to reach them, and how to adjust when results can be stronger. You should be comfortable overseeing campaigns from strategy through execution, including implementation, monitoring, optimization, reporting, and client communication.A2Z uses digital advertising platforms with advanced audience targeting capabilities, including geography, behavior, audience intent, and cross‑channel engagement. Experience with these types of tools is a plus. More importantly, you should understand how to build a smart campaign, monitor performance, and make clear recommendations that improve results.You'll have autonomy to own campaign performance while being supported by the VP & Creative Director, creative team, project management support, and a collaborative internal team. As the team grows, you'll also help guide a Marketing Coordinator who will support reporting, QA, coordination, and organic social and content execution.We care about thoughtful strategy, clean campaigns are built accurately across targeting, budgets, pacing, tracking, creative inputs, conversions, and reportingWork with digital advertising platforms that may include search, social, display,
